A 13 year-old boy from Southwestern-Ontario has been charged with assault with a weapon after police say he poked another student with a pencil. The OPP were called to Cardinal Carter Catholic High School yesterday afternoon. It’s alleged that a 13-year old boy assaulted another student by poking him with a pencil during a verbal altercation. Police say the victim suffered minor injuries and did not require medical assistance.
